About the Speakers:

Rita Serrabulho – Managing Partner | Political Intelligence Portugal

Since 2018, Rita has developed multiple Corporate Communications campaigns for companies in the tourism and digital platform sectors, among others. She began her career in 1998 as a journalist, editor, and coordinator of tourism and economics programs at SIC, where she worked until 2009. She led the Communications and Marketing department at M-Insight Technologies, working on digital marketing strategies for over 80 companies from various economic sectors.

Between 2011 and 2015, she worked at the Ministry of Economy as Communication Advisor to the Minister and Secretaries of State.

Rita holds a degree in Marketing & Advertising (IADE), a Master’s degree in Communication (New York University), and a Master Coach Degree.

André Santos Pereira – Associate Director | Political Intelligence Portugal

With over 10 years of experience in the public sector, André has served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Housing and as Political Advisor to the Secretary of State for the Prime Minister and Parliamentary Affairs. He also worked as a political advisor on economy and innovation for the Vice-President of Lisbon City Hall and as a project coordinator at the National Innovation Agency.

He is also a PhD candidate and a professor in Political Communication at ISCTE-IUL.
