AmCham Portugal supports upcoming parliamentary visit to the United States
On September 17, António Martins da Costa and Graça Didier met with some of the members of the Committee on Economy and Territorial Cohesion of the Portuguese Parliament, chaired by Member of Parliament Pedro Coimbra, to prepare this parliamentary delegation’s upcoming official visit to the United States, at the invitation of a number of US Congress members.
AmCham Portugal will support the delegation by facilitating contacts and helping to schedule meetings with partners in the United States, as well as by sharing information on the current state of bilateral relations.
During the meeting, AmCham Portugal also had the opportunity to present the Members of Parliament with the latest Barometer of American Companies in Portugal and the AmCham Directory.
Institutional cooperation plays an important role in strengthening economic relations between Portugal and the United States and in creating new opportunities for cooperation, investment and development.
