Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is a collegial body, with general executive powers delegated by the Board, which is responsible for executing all decisions that the Board may adopt in order to achieve its objectives.
It is responsible for the execution, as well as the monitoring and supervision, of all decisions approved by the Board.
Under the Statutes, the Executive Committee shall be composed of the President, the first Vice-President and the two Vice-Presidents of the Board and, at the invitation of the President, up to two Directors and the Secretary-General of the Board.
